To get updates on your request, we recommend following up through your open work order for any updates regarding your maintenance request. If you received an email with any details, you should be able to respond to it as well, and you can also call to get a live update at 855-559-5525 and press 1 for a live maintenance coordinator.
If one person submitted a work order in your home, they may be the point of contact for you to reach out and get an update since you may not be included in the emails sent.
*Please do not create multiple work orders for the same issue, as it causes confusion.
